Membership Fees 

Our membership year runs 1 August to 31 July.
Pro rata membership is available so you can join immediately.

For the 2025/26 and future membership years we are adopting a tiered fee structure to ensure that organisations of all sizes are able to benefit from membership of EEUK.

Tiered Membership FAQ’s

Q. We have already paid for our 25/26 membership and the new fee is higher than we paid.
A. Thank you for your early renewal, we will honour the fee paid.

Q. We have already paid for our 25/26 membership and the new fee is lower than we paid.
A. Thank you for your early renewal, we will give you a credit against future membership fees to the value of the difference.

Q. Why are you not charging a higher fee to larger organisations this year?
A.  Our members told us that while in principle larger organisations should pay more, this year is very challenging for UK Universities and they may struggle to meet a larger fee, so we have held the fee for the 2025/26 membership year except for a small inflationary rise.
